Johannes Schasching

John Schasching SJ (10 March 1917 in St. Roman, Upper Austria, † 20 September 2013 in Vienna ) was an Austrian Jesuit, university lecturer in social ethics, and author.

He was regarded as a leading exponent of Catholic social teaching in Austria and next to Oswald von Nell-Breuning and Johannes Messeniusr as one of the leading authorities on social teaching in German-speaking countries. Provided by Wikipedia
